Trans@ction eXpress, TriTek Solutions' customizable business process management framework, is now fully compatible with IBM Content Manager (CM8). Previously, Trans@ction eXpress was exclusive to the heritage FileNet Content and Process Engines. Based on the tremendous demand from IBM CM8 clients, however, TriTek customized Trans@ction eXpress to leverage CM8 as the integrated content store. Now, clients can leverage the best of breed IBM FileNet Business Process Management process engine with either the IBM FileNet Content Manager or IBM CM8 (or both) as the content repository.
Trans@ction eXpress now enables organizations to extend their IBM CM8 environments and leverage IBM FileNet's Business Process Manager (BPM) framework for the deployment of more holistic content and process management solutions. In this environment, Trans@ction eXpress accesses content directly from IBM CM8 repositories, accesses workflows managed through IBM FileNet BPM, and uniformly presents the content and work item detail to the user in the intuitive Trans@ction eXpress interface.
