Transition Services
TriTek can assist you in transitioning to updated ECM platforms. We have experience transitioning both legacy-FileNet and non-FileNet platforms to IBM FileNet P8. TriTek offers a diverse suite of services to complement customer technical and business resources, providing a means of effectively leveraging existing best practices within the business and industry through current technologies.
Installation Services
TriTek has created an IBM FileNet P8 Certified Installation Team, to provide customers with an efficient alternative to other installation channels. Fully certified in all core P8 products (Process Engine, Content Engine and Application Engine) along with supporting products like eForms and Records Manager, TriTek’s Installation Team provides expedited services at a competitive cost to those of other installation providers.
Upgrade Services
To provide customers with an effective alternative to upgrading and migrating their current IBM FileNet systems in house, TriTek has create an Upgrade and Migration Planning practice. Fully versed in the products and architectural differences between all current and previous versions of the Image Services and P8 platforms, the Upgrade and Migration Planning team provides expedited planning services at a competitive cost to those of other planning services providers.
Content Migration
Complementing our Transition Services, TriTek offers Content Migration services to help your organization navigate the migration of content from legacy repositories to an IBM FileNet P8 content repository. TriTek provides fast and cost effective alternatives to manually transferring the content or developing conversion tools in-house. In addition to extensive experience with migrations from FileNet Image Services on Panagon, TriTek has successfully executed migrations from many other non-FileNet content repositories to IBM FileNet P8 Content Manager.
